Do you think we should make a list of the lower lvl gems that everyone can make? Some people may not know... I just remember mike marveling at how even the green quality gems were better than the purples we all had in outlands.

I'm on the prowl for an addon that will export the data automatically and allow us to upload it here. Until I find something feasible, however, feel free to manually post. The CharacterProfiler Rookie mentioned a while ago does this and much more. I may download the latest version of that and check it out.

Well, I think listing all the trainable gems is a bit much, and doesn't really add a ton of value.

We are able to link our entire professions in game, and all JCs can do the trainable ones, so that may be the best way to find out those.

The other 2 ways to find out about gems are the gem list i posted in the other post:

I want to make it easy for people to find gems, but I don't think its overmuch to expect people to spend a minute or 2 of their own time figuring out what gem they need and how its obtained.

true. that sounds fair. People can look at gems using your master list and then see which ones we can make for them

although adam and I have discovered in many cases it's cheaper to buy your gem already cut on the AH than the uncut gem... boo
