We’re a laid back Horde guild on Tortheldrin (US), comprised of friends, family and long-time wow acquaintances. We typically communicate on a first-name basis (not toon names). But don’t let that scare you. We’re a pretty easy group to become a part of if you play the game for the same reasons as we do — primarily being to have a good time while enjoying challenging content. You’ll find no loot whoring or wonky ranking structure.
We only do 10-man content. We enjoy having a small guild and more intimate raid setting with people we’ve grown to know, not strangers who only log on at raid time. We have cleared all of the (pre ICC) 10-man content but Yogg (maybe some day we’ll get back in there). Right now we’re focused on ICC and ToC, and are also working on wrapping up various 10-man achievements and hardmodes.
We expect everyone on our raid team to have a strong understanding of their class, spec and role in a raid environment. Everyone must be able to follow instructions, accept constructive feedback, and learn from mistakes. Anyone not performing up to what we’d consider minimum requirements may not be included in our raids. But then again, not everyone in our guild is a raider. 
We raid Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 to 11:00 server time (many of us are in the central time zone (1 hour ahead of server time). Outside of those times you’ll find people on running heroics, farming mats, doing dailies, hitting battlegrounds… the standard stuff.
